when she said: ‘I will get to all of it as soon as I finish getting all the client emails answered’…
She added that with all weddings being cancelled through Summer in Canada there is just a ton of rework, communication and business decisions that come with it.
Even if you are not in the wedding industry maybe you are having clients cancel or not booking as much – SO YOU CAN RELATE to her inbox pain! ?
Actually, I’ve been saying since week 1…even the ones that haven’t been impacted right now, will have some sort of CHANGE coming their way (me included).
It actually reminded me of when I first opened the shop! I had a ton of returns, rework, you name it…because the boards were so delicate and I hadn't mastered shipping yet.
What really helped me was to have a few canned responses on my EMAIL that I could just send to people RIGHT AWAY!
99% of the clients just wanted to know that I was going to take care of it – and getting an answer immediately was perfect to diffuse the stress.
So, with this new wave of cancellations and rescheduling that we might be facing soon I thought it would be helpful to have a few emails created for you!
